Objectives:

Remote care service, with professionals available 24 hours a day, 365 days. It is a health emergency and preventive service giving support to the elderly. * Telecare 4500 installed (21 sets per thousand inhabitants) * QR Codes in homes with history on the patient to provide care and control of the working carers * Geolocation transport vehicles adapted. SHORT TERM GOAL (2014): * Complement QR codes with NFC points (Contactless) * Geolocation their own home care service workers.
